Refunds and Exchanges :

Refund Policy - Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event that your tiara is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you, I will arrange to replace it to the value of your purchase, or refund it (along with your postage and packaging) as long as you notify me within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

Procedure for returning Damaged / Faulty Goods:

1. Advise me via telephone (01482 871 342 or 07757 817 577) that the tiara has arrived damaged.

2. Even if you have telephoned me you must confirm, via e-mail - sales@ethereal-designs.net or post (Ethereal Designs, 3 Norwich Court, off Lincoln Way, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 8UJ), that you will be returning the damaged tiara to me.

3. Return damaged tiara in original packaging (where possible) to arrive back at Ethereal Designs within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please note Royal Mail will request the original packaging so please be sure to keep it, even if you cannot send the tiara back in it.

4. We require all items below £50 are sent recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

Refund Policy - Undamaged Goods:

If you purchase a tiara, crown or fascinator 'as is' off the website and when it arrives you are not absolutely delighted you can return it to me for a refund. I must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of tiara that you wish to return it and I must have been previously advised via the order form of your wedding date.
We regret that bespoke items cannot be refunded as they have been customised to your specifications.

Procedure for returning undamaged goods:

1. Advise me via telephone (01482 871 342 or 07757 817 577) within 24 hours of receipt of tiara that you would like to return it for a refund.

2. Even if you have telephoned me you must confirm, via e-mail - sales@ethereal-designs.net or post (Ethereal Designs, 3 Norwich Court, off Lincoln Way, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 8UJ), that you will be returning the tiara to me.

3. All non-faulty goods MUST be returned in their original packaging and must arrive 'as new' without any damage to the product or product packaging and with all parts intact. The tiara MUST arrive back at Ethereal Designs within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

4. We require all items below £50 are sent recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

5. No returns are accepted after 7 days and no refunds under any circumstances will be given for used tiaras.

We regret we cannot refund the postage costs for undamaged goods.

Payment

Orders can be placed on line using the secure PayPal server, by telephone or post. Full payment is required when placing an order.

Delivery

All Ethereal Design tiaras, crowns and fascinators are handmade to order, therefore there is usually a 3-4 week turnaround time from receipt of order and full payment to dispatching of finished goods. Please note delivery times may fluctuate by season. If you have very pressing deadlines please contact me to try and speed up delivery time (workload permitting).

Postage and Packaging

All Tiaras are sent by Special/Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery so please let us know if you have a weekday delivery address and weekend delivery address. A post and packaging charge of £5.95 applies to all orders within England.
Ethereal Designs can not be held responsible for failure of a recipient to sign for a package, or for the package not being picked up from the local sorting office if an attempted delivery was made to the correct address and there was nobody there to sign for it.
All Ethereal Design Tiaras, crowns and fascinators are presented in a beautiful keepsake box. This is filled with packaging polystyrene chips and packaged within a sturdy postage box.

Privacy Policy

At Ethereal Designs clients' privacy is absolutely paramount and as such we do NOT give any of your details out to any third party. We are required by the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to follow strict procedures to protect customer information. We do not share information that you provide with any other company. You can rest assured that none of your details will be passed to bridal lists and that all personal information sensitive or otherwise given to us through this website will only be held and used with care and in accordance with this policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.
